Dr Ryan James (Specialist in Podiatric Surgery)

FACPS (Aus) B.Pod (hons) MPH

Dr Ryan James is a registered specialist in Podiatric Surgery with a focus on foot and ankle health. He combines expert surgical skills with personalised, patient-centred care to help people get back on their feet and stay active.

Dr James completed his Bachelor of Podiatry (2009) and Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) (2011) at the University of Newcastle, and went on to complete a Master of Public Health with Distinction in 2019. He gained endorsement for scheduled medicines in 2020 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons in 2026.

He works with patients across regional New South Wales, ensuring people outside major cities have access to expert foot and ankle care. Dr James treats a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries and bunions to more complex surgical cases, always tailoring treatment to the individual’s goals and lifestyle.

Dr James is also passionate about education and mentoring. He regularly lectures at Universities, helping the next generation of clinicians develop their skills. He has presented at national conferences, contributed to professional development programs, and published research to improve outcomes in foot and ankle care.

Zac Lloyd B.Pod 'with distinction'

Zac completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Newcastle in 2021. He is now furthering his studies by undergoing the Endorsement of Scheduled Medicines and Advanced Podiatric Pharmacology in 2023.

Zac enjoys all aspects of practice but has a special interest in Sports Biomechanics, Toenail Surgery, Diabetes and Preventative Medicine.

Madison Wyatt B.PodMed (CSU)

Madison completed a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine at Charles Sturt University in 2018. She has also undertaken postgraduate studies to hold an endorsement for scheduled medicines.

Madison has had a range of experience across acute, community and private practice podiatry.  Maddy particularly enjoys diabetes and the high-risk foot, as well as general podiatric care. 

Madison has recently moved to the Mid North Coast with her husband Leigh and dog Fergie.  In her spare time, she loves coffee, going to the beach, anything sports-related, and travelling. 

 

Amanda Horder (Receptionist)

Amanda Horder is a compassionate and accommodating receptionist with a strong record of success in dental and medical settings. She excels in reception and administrative roles, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals. Beyond her professional dedication, Amanda actively engages in her community, having served as President of the P&C at Tacking Point Public School and contributed to various school boards and parent helper roles. She is genuinely passionate about promoting health and well-being, both in her career and community involvement.

Mare Lowe (Practice Manager)

Marie offers a wealth of experience in practice management and administrative support roles garnered from both the Central Coast and our local community, she brings an unparalleled level of expertise to our team. Her extensive knowledge and keen eye for detail ensure the smooth operation of our practice, while her precision in managing third-party aspects and supporting collaboration with other practices is instrumental to our success. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in beekeeping and exploring all the wonders our beautiful area has to offer during her spare time. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on board, enriching our practice with her dedication and passion for excellence.
